HOMEOWNERS

ASSOCIATION

AN ASSOCIATION OF

TRUE VALUE

When deciphering a homeowner's assessments, you will see that Geneva National is a true value.  The current  HOA monthly fee includes 24-hour security, membership to the Pool & Racquet Club, garbage collection, roads and plowing, water and sewer, and parks and recreation. For multi-family owners, the monthly HOA fee also covers landscaping and snow removal, building maintenance and painting, property insurance, and reserves for capital projects.

VOLUNTEER

OPPORTUNITIES

Geneva National residents have the opportunity to serve on the Community and Master associations as well as to volunteer for the Welcome, Pool and Communications committees.

As its name implies, the Welcome Committee greets each new homeowner with a welcome bag. From this committee, other groups have taken root, including the Newcomer's Dinner Club, Game Night, book clubs and morning coffee clubs.

The Pool Committee was integral in the 2018 rebuild of the state-of-the-art community pool and racquet facility and continues to assist with programming.

The Communications Committee informs the neighborhood of upcoming events and opportunities through monthly newsletters.
